Cancellation by you

The amount you pay depends on the date you inform the property owner of cancellation in writing. The party leader must notify the property owner immediately in writing and will only be effective when it has been received. As costs are incurred from the time of booking and the property owner may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable.

More than 30 days prior to arrival - Loss of deposit
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of total cost

Depending on your reason for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.

Changes made and cancellations by the property owner

In exceptional circumstances, the property owner may have to make changes to, and correct errors on the Croatia Holiday Homes website descriptions and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and to cancel confirmed bookings. Whilst the property owner endeavours to avoid changes and cancellations, they must reserve the right to do so. Should these exceptional circumstances occur, the property owner will endeavour to find or offer an alternative.
