Villa Charlotte is a magnificent former sea captains house built on the waters edge in the charming village of Viganj. The villa is positioned in one of the finest locations in the Adriatic. Commanding uninterrupted spectacular views of the Peljesac Riviera and Island of Korcula, it is ideal for those that appreciate outstanding beauty and for those that like to participate in it's many water sports.

The colonial styled villa boasts a wealth of charm and retains many of its original features. All of the rooms face onto the sea, are well equipped, large and spacious. The 100sqm south facing seafront terrace is perfect for entertaining, sunbathing and has direct access to the sea for snorkelling and swimming. A wide range of other water sports such as diving, windsurfing and kite surfing are on your doorstep! For those wishing to hire a boat, why not take advantage of using the villa’s own moorings.

Viganj is a quiet and picturesque village with a small harbour and long white pebbly beach. There are a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants which make it ideal for family holidays. Viganj is famously known as the windsurfing capital of Croatia, its national championships are held here annually. The unique setting of Villa Charlotte is ideal for exploring, hiking and cycling. The mountain excursion point for the imposing Mt.Illija is nearby, it will appeal to the more energetic of you and hidden unspoilt coves are perfect for those sun worshipers who like to relax. The pretty villages of Loviste, Kuciste and Perna are a short drive away and a small passenger boat departs Viganj to Korcula old town regularly.

The picturesque town of Orebic is only 10 minutes drive away and boasts to having some of the finest beaches in Dalmatia. From the marina it is possible to take a short boat ride (10 mins) to Korcula old town, likened to a “mini Dubrovnik”. The town is steeped in history and said to be the birth place of the famous explorer Marco Polo offering endless opportunities for further exploring, such as the Island of Mljet, Lastovo and Hvar. Korcula is highly recommended for those who appreciate architecture, art, fine dining and mixing with the glitterati.
